I saw this band live about 8 years ago when they were still starting out and they were great especially for their age: 16 yr olds! Eventually I bought their Love of Life album (which was their best album by far) and then I purchased this one. Overall the CD was pretty good, but there were a couple songs that didn't quite get my full attention due to the less than amusing intro's (I often hit the FFWRD on those). The album didn't quite fill my high expectations from their previous CD, which was brilliant. A reason for the change in tone was due to the fact it was different musicians composing the music. It never really had their original emo/pop-rock flavor since the guys from MXPX helped out. It was more of a funky-punk rock style. I really enjoyed about half of the songs, but the overall tone of the album was kind of depressing. I liked their previous album because it had a care-free writing vibe and a fun yet serious tone. If you like Watashi-Wa its a must have album, if you don't then it will be a mediocre experience. It's too bad these guys broke up, they made pretty good music together. If you havn't herd any Watashi-Wa music I highlr reccommend their 2003 album: the Love of Life. May God continue to bless their talents for his glory. -Naterbug101Read full review
