This is the quintessential jazz recording. If you have not heard this album buy it ... This is the quintessential jazz recording. If you have not heard this album buy it you will not be disappointed. It is hard to believe that this recording is over 50 years old. It just goes to show you how advanced the material was that Miles Davis was putting out in the 1956.
Even if you are not a fan of classic or modern jazz you will be hard pressed to find anything negative in this album.
