I'm a Fantomas fan, I have all their CDs, but something about this one just blew my mind upon hearing it. I could almost feel my consciousness being altered as I listened to it. There's something about the sludgy guitars and thundering drums and Mike Patton's odd musical noises (only on a couple of occasions do these songs have actual lyrics) that makes you feel like you're either listening to total musical genius or total insanity. I actually think it's probably a bit of both. This is an almost impossible album to describe, but if you're a fan of Fantomas, The Melvins, or Mike Patton, or simply harder edge, challenging rock/experimental music, you have to buy this album. Love it or hate it, you have to give it its due as something way beyond the norm.
I am trying to replace a bunch of stolen CDs and this album was one of them. The disc is in great shape and plays perfectly. I couldn't be more happy with it.

One of my favorite live albums from two of my favorite bands. This is how I like my metal, preternatural and weird. Glad this one is back in my collection!
