Miscellaneous Debris, like their later release Rhinoplasty, is comprised entirely of covers (although various releases of Rhinoplasty had some live originals), which enable Primus to flex their extensive musical muscle. Admittidely I'm only really familiar with one song ('Have A Cigar') and I'd probably enjoy it more if I knew more of the source material. Good, but probably not something that will recieve repeated listening. As I said in the title, for Primus completists only. Certainly both this and Rhinoplasty shows one of the most inventive and original bands of recent times applying their unique touch to existing songs.
