Notes
Buscemi and Michel Bisceglia present their own musical interpretation of the horror classic "Nosferatu". They combined their unique music style and showed their love for movies and soundtracks in these recordings. Earlier they composed music for another film classic: "Man with A Movie Camera", directed by Dziga Vertov. The musical collaboration of the two gentlemen always results in beautiful film compositions and praising reactions by the audience. Nosferatu is a silent movie that was released in 1922. The story about the movie is as sensational as the movie itself. The plot of the movie was, without permission, based on Dracula; as a result, thereof the film was banished. Nevertheless the movie became one of the greatest classics in film history and a precursor of the horror genre. Both composers saw a lot of potential in the sinister atmosphere of Nosferatu; they were ambitious and enthusiastic to work with the imagery. The soundtrack is available on CD
