The film, The Omega Man (based on the novel 'I Am Legend'), follows the trials of a scientist named Robert Neville and his struggle to survive in a world of Zombies and Blood Suckers. The scientist supposes himself to be the only unaffected survivor living in a post-apocalyptic world. In this album, Ahs supposes the role of 'The Scientist' in a world of Hip-Hop Zombies and Blood Suckers, wherein he is the lone survivor fighting the hoards and trying to find a cure.
