I bought this album on the advice of my brother-in-law. He finds it to be one of the best ever. I am not finding it as rewarding. It is well written for what it is and has some very good parts to it. But overall the album does not 'flow' very well and the songs change up to much for my taste. A perfect addition for fans of Between the Buried and me and Ion Dissonance. Just a very different approach to metal. I will give it a few more rotations in the cd player before I make my final judgement.
When I first listened to Born Of Osiris, I just thought they were an average metalcore band that kicked face.....but after I actually purchased and listened to their entire album; I would have to say that I highly recommend putting up the money to get it. A lot of random breakdowns, almost like what Job For A Cowboy does in their first album "Doom". But, hey, If you are sick of hearing that same-old-rap-beat bumping down your street; pop this bad-boy in the stereo and crank it..... :) The neighborhood will love it, especially if you have older folks living next to you.
great band. they tend to have a hidden message behind all there Cd's I've found out. so go out and buy them and find out for yourself.
brutal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
