As an audiophile this sounds great with my magnepans. I swear Beck never plays a bad note. I saw the dvd on television but bought this recording to really listen to it.

The tones and textures and touch are like no other.you will be blown away by the sheer musical joy just streaming out of Tal Wilkenfeld on bass. Vinnie Colaiuta is the best drummer alive today and showing it. You must get the video. Must Get! The CD does not have Claptons appearance on it or the stunning Imogen Heap and her song Blanket. That is stupid as these are some of ,if not the greatest performances ever.Words do not Delibes how great this is .If one were to ask,who is the greatest guitarist ever, watch the video and ask anyone if they have ever heard or seen anything better. Jeff Beck is a very hit and miss player,with milestone records and playing mixed with sometimes utter crap. When Jeff is on, he is really on. You can listen to this many times before you start to get all incredible touches and tones. The ultimate performance. Get the video. I got this because I thought it was the soundtrack to the video but it is not. You Must Get The Video. NOW! I give this the highest rating possible and more.This is musical soul food. This is so special, and accessible. You could play this for just about anyone. Even the chick song Blanket on the video will blow you away.
