Notes
180gm vinyl LP pressing include CD. The group's long-awaited fifth full-length From Hell to Texas (2009) came four long years after 2005's Get Some!and was recorded/mixed at Pedernales Studio in Spicewood, TX with producer Daniel Rey and engineered/mixed by Gordie Johnson and Jacob Sciba. Boasting the band's strongest songwriting to date, the album incorporates everything you'd want from an American bar band: anthems about sex, whisky, drugs and fighting; kick ass guitar riffs; and provocative song titles like "Lazy Jesus," "I'm So High" and "Dead Men Can't Get Drunk." Sounding like a dirtier version of Aerosmith, which is really saying something, From Hell To Texas is a great album if you like the Jack Daniels side of rock!
