I came across Demonstealer on the web by chance a few years ago, with his release of "The Last Reptilian Warrior". Decided to check out Demonic Resurrection only recently, and my gosh, had I missed something! This is just awesome. Straight forward assault. Epic and symphonic with great production, but oh so brutal. Very interesting song structures. Spin the 12 minute spiced-up Opeth-like (in parts) "Lord Of Pestilence", it covers it all. People always criticize clean vocals in bands like this but here it’s done quite well. All tracks are solid but special nods to “Where Dreams And Darkness Unite” , “Bound By Blood, Fire And Stone” and "Omega, I". Categorization is futile, this is too varied and too good. Superb effort.
