SBB stands for "Search, Break, and Build," and that phrase describes the method this innovative group has followed, ever since they took the lead of the Polish prog rock scene in the 1970s: searching for ever-newer ways of making music, they break through barriers and build new possibilities of form and sound. SBB built their name on the strength and energy of their live shows, which still characterizes their performances, as evinced in this 1994 concert in Zabrze. The legendary rockers celebrated their 30 year anniversary, playing much of their old material sprinkled with newer work, and of course, their characteristic, lengthy improvisations. Also included are interviews with the band, short films, and archival TV footage.
