This is perhaps the last NIN album according to Trent Reznor and certainly the most accessable for people not familier to his music. This is a great record but looses a certain edge when compared top his other work as it is less industrial and dare I say it more rock.metal based ( althought still obviously NIN ). The album I would say is possibly his weakest and not in the same league as my personal faves The Fragile and Year Zero , but then again it was recored fast and available free of charge. If you are a fan you must have it as it has some great songs but a few average ones but even when average Trent still rises above anybody else.
