Natural Causes is the second album by Solstice Coil, recorded in 2009 at Bardo Studios and mixed by Shai Yallin. The album further develops Solstice Coil's fusion between emotional and intellectual rock, with a heavier tone and more mature songwriting. This album features an upgraded rhythm section, with Yatziv Caspi on drums and Yaniv Shalev on bass as well as a string quartet on Replacing People and Recipe For Eternity.
