Everyone who know's Les Claypool, knows great bass playing. Nothing changes on this set. Claypool, Lalonde, and Alexander stomp through another set of meticulously thump laden jams that have become the signature sound of a bouncing mosh pit gone "Professor Nutbutter". I love the way the guitar accentuates the bass play on each and every effort put forth. This style has been overlooked, and is quite out of place considering the guitar always leads. This sound came into effect most notably by "Duran Duran" who's double beat rearranged the everyday set ensemble in music today. If you don't believe me, go back and listen. "Wynona's Big Brown Beaver" takes us on a country rollercoaster up rockabilly mountain and down through funk and smash valley only to beat us down with every rigamaroll drum spank this side of the Eiffel Tower. They don't stop there, continuing on through the melencholic steam boat "Southbound Pachyderm" which simply floats the listener through an other worldly bass baloon set on stun. For those who know Primus well, this is just another gem in a field full of diamonds.......Read full review
