This CD is a great value, a very decent mastering job, and contains 2 very consistent albums. The songs on "It's a Condition" are all at least decent or very good. There aren't the 3-5 real awesome songs as on "Benefactor" and especially "Instincts", but this album is the most consistent all the way through of the Romeo Void albums. "Strange Language" is also decent all the way through, too, but not quite as fast-paced or instrumentally interesting as Romeo Void stuff. It still kills virtually all of the boring solo female artist of the 90's and 00's in arrangements and recording quality, not to mention songwriting. To Summarize: Finally all of the Romeo Void (One of the most underrated bands of all time) unique songs are finally available on CD. (I believe that all of the EP tracks are bonus tracks on one of the 3 albums or on the "Warm in Your Coat" compilation. It is only a couple of 12" mix versions missing, now. I would have preferred the 2 albums on 2 CDs + 12" tracks rather than 2 on 1, but that is nitpicking. This is a great value and 98% of what was missing.Read full review
...is an excellent debut record from one of my new favorite bands from the 80s. The problem I have with this release is that someone packaged it with Debora Iyall's first solo effort, which was disappointing from the production values to the lyrics. I won't go into that too much; suffice to say that I couldn't finish listening to it, and probably won't transfer it to my iPod. It's a Condition, on the other hand, is a great record. I couldn't find a copy on CD for under $50 when I looked, which is why I went with this copy instead.

I bought this album through a mail order ad In Rolling Stone magazine many years ago. It finally was released on cd, so I picked it up. Great music. Love Romeo Void.
