Perfectly covering what most would avoid.
First off this album is not for everyone. If your expecting a Perfect Circle album, it really isn't for you. If you like listening to a talented group of musicians that are not afraid to protest against thier goverment, then you will appreciate this CD. First off it is a cover album, with a few originals thrown in for good measure. Most of the time when bands attempt to sound like the actual original song it sucks. Perfect Circle add thier own twist to every song they cover. Do I listen to it as much as Tool, Lateralus? No, but I do listen to it and would suggest you do the same.

What's Going On
I love the original tracks and about half the covers. Great concept and idea but a lot of the tracks are not my cup of tea. The artwork is excellent and all the WWII propaganda posters inside really tie the concept of this album together. Certainly worth checking out but don't expect to hear material like Tool or other Perfect Circle albums. 3 Stars.
