This was the long awaited follow up to 'For Those About To Rock'. AC/DC stated that they wanted to return to the rawer sound found on earlier albums. It was produced by the band themselves and has more of a pub rock feel to it than 'Back in Black' or 'For those about to rock. A lot of fans I've spoken to didn't rate this album particularly highly, but its always been one of my favourites. Stand out tracks for me are 'Nervous Shakedown' and 'Guns for hire. If you are new to AC/DC's music I would recommend buying this album as its one of the better albums that features Brian Johnson on vocals.
Probably the last AC/DC album that was truly fantastic. Brian's vocals are amazing on this, every song is good.
AS A LOVER OF ACDC MUSIC THIS ALBUM SADLY DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR USUAL HIGH STANDARDS IT IS DULL.
Yet another Great album from this band. Safe in New York City is my greatest song on the album but there all good.
