This album is one of my favorite modern rock album's of all time. Deadsy is an extremely underrated band. Led by lead vocalist Elijah Blue Allman (P. Exeter Blue I), son of Greg Allman & Cher. His voice is one of the most distinctive I have ever heard. Deadsy is an Undercore/Industrial band. Similar to a Nine Inch Nails or Orgy type of band. The members in the band are as much about the visual appeal/entertainment as they are the music the play. Allman, Exeter represents Acadamia (Int'l Klein Blue), Dr. Nner represents Science/Medicine (Yellow), Alec Puro represents Leisure (Green), Carlton Megalodon repesents War (Grey) and Creature represents Horror (Red). The music style is unique in it's own way. The entire album is a work of art. Whether it is the music, the album art or the visual show they put on it is nothing short of mesmerizingly good. The hit single off the album is "The Key To Gramercy Park". As well as other classics like, "Mansion World", "The Elements" and "Lake Waramaug". They even cover one of rock's most legendary bands, Rush, with the song "Tom Sawyer". To be completely honest the album is a great, great work. Take a chance and you may end up loving it too.Read full review
"The Key to Grammercy Park" grabbed me in! "She Likes Big Words" is now my all time fave and "Mansion Worlds" can ground me even while my head is in the clouds. Is it Elijah's hypnotic voice? Is it Alec's drum genious? Maybe Renn's cool keyboards? This is a car stereo MUST HAVE because of all the moods reflected in the different songs. This version of "Tom Sawyer" will have you speeding on the freeway! These are Gary Numan & Getty Lee's musical love children. Does it get any better? Listen for yourself!!! And if you have the chance to see them live (they are touring with Deftones right now) don't miss it or you'll kick yourself later. They ROCK on stage and will leave you cranking Commencement (or even Fantasmagore) in the parking lot as you leave just to re-live it all. Buy this CD! Trust me!Read full review

This is a GREAT cd! I love the whole cd, each song has a different mood. i had to rebuy the cd because i wore the other out. Awesome keyboard, great word play, and tweaked vocals come together to make this cd a masterpiece.
I originally bought this CD in 2002. I had to buy a new one after 10 years. Deadsy is my favorite band. They are extremely underrated. I wish they would get back together and make some more great music.
