Notes
Lyndsay is a songwriter in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She loves to write about what God is teaching her in her personal journey with the Lord, and that is where all of the songs from 'Writing Lines Unseen' and 'When A Flame is Fine' come from. This last CD 'When a Flame Is Fine' definitely carries strong messages with it, about the response that God's love deserves especially in regard to our care and compassion for the people of the world. Lyndsay and her friends had a wonderful time recording this album in her own home. It is full of unique moments and she is excited to share with everyone how lucky she is to have such talented friends! Joanna and Matt Black, David Acton, Josh Brown, Mike Williams, and Matt Smith graced this project with their incredible talent and style. When people hear this CD, the responses have been that it convicted them spiritually, and felt very organic and warm musically. Some favorites from this CD are: 'There Is A Fountain', 'And the Angels Sang', & 'The Other Side of Night.' The first is a wonderful old hymn that Lyndsay, Joanna, and Josh did a simple but sweet rendition of--The second is a Christmas song about the first coming of our King--The third is a song about our response to suffering in our world, learning how to 'see the least of these as family.'
