For most fans of the Priest SIN AFTER SIN marks the beginning of that classic JP hard rockin' sound because this release features some of the band's greatest early tunes including "Sinner", "Diamonds and Rust" (a Joan Baez cover!!!) & "Dissident Aggressor" as well as two ballads "Last Rose of Summer" and "Hear Come the Tears". This remastered version includes 2 bonus tracks, "Race With the Devil" & "Jawbreaker" (Live), which are a bit out of place timeline wise since they are much older recordings, but both tracks are more than welcome. The remastered sound quality of the original 8 tracks of the SIN AFTER SIN release make this newer version a must have for the true Priest fan. I give this classic JP release a well deserved 5 out of 5 stars.
Case and disc were unharmed. The album has a good sound. Easy enough to rip to my laptop, and no skips or anything.

Sin After Sin is the follow-up to Sad Wings Of Destiny. Priest had a very raw and aggressive sound in these early days. Check out the tracks Starbreaker and Sinner and you won't be disapointed. Rob Halford's vocals sound the same today as they did on this CD. Downing and Tipton still have that aggressive edge that you'll hear throughout this CD. A must for any fan of Heavy Metal.
Sin after sin album is the best album for me from this group. Has many good songs and listen loud. The voice of Rob Halford is the heavy metal singer voice and he knows how doing his funs paralyzed.
This is the record where the band finally started to gel and find their common ground musically....all of the blueprint of the signature sound can be traced back to this album
