I Love Regina Spektor I have loads of her stuff on mp3 which I listen to on headphones mostly. Recently bought a new stereo so thought I needed a hard copy of Regina in my growing collection. Bought another two of her albums aswell Soviet Kitsch and Begin To Hope. I was not disappointed. So pleased to have her on my shelf. Highly recommend this clever talented singer / instrumentalist.

This is an amazing cd. Its mainly Regina Spektor's songs from when she was younger . Its quirky and edgy with some amazing lyrics and has a feel close to that of the live renditions. Her single 'Us' has been getting quite a lot of airtime, and if you like that you will definitely like the rest of the album. This albumn is definitely worth getting if you like anything of Spektor's, or just quirky slightly jazzy music in general. Wonderful album
I think Regina Spektor is one of the best songwriters ever, as well as a good quirky singer. Her songs are like poetry played to music, it's beautiful. The songs on this particular album tend to change style throughout each song, it's rather interesting and you don't get bored with the songs. My fave ones are Pavlov's Daughter, Daniel Cowman, Us and Oedipus. I really recommend this :)
