As the title says, a masterpiece. Starting with The Haunted Hill, with those very classic beginnings, with those structures that reminds too much of classical music. The second song is Higher than Life, it has melodic and harmonious riffs in its structure ... without words the lyrics of this song. Merlin is my favorite song, and with good reason! The song tells the story of Merlin, from his childhood to his confrontation with the evil queen. He is just awesome. Across the Sky is simply awesome, the chorus and lyrics are catchy to no more power. Home is the piece with the most impressive chorus I've heard, "Wonderful journey We were flying trough time Endless time, but now we'll return Cause there is nowhere like home " The next 2 songs are good ... And we finish with the last song "Symphony of The Night", the piece that gives title to the album, is, in my opinion, the best song of the band, powerful start, unforgettable riffs for weeks, catchy melodies and a choir more than sudden. ..
