One of my all time favorite Pat Metheny albums. My CD was played so much, it simply gave out. Each side is completely different. One side takes you on an excursion over the plains and reminds you of what life is like on the long stretches of emptiness before you get to the civilization again on the train. The other side is beautiful, exquisite Brazilian vocals immersed in wonderful instrumentation. Love this CD.
