I listened to this disk on Spotify just once and knew it had to be a part of my music library. Rachelle's voice is absolutely amazing, and the music is soulful, smooth and funky. So if you like prefer excellent composition, stellar vocals and superb musicianship over the mass-produced DRIVLE that's widely distributed and promoted, get yourself some Rachelle Ferrell and restore your faith in great music!
Good cd, Rachelle Ferrel is an excellent singer, and she do it with her heart. A voice just like an instrument. All musicans are superbes. George Duke is quite on all tracks and is excellent on keyboard and more. Jonathan Butler came in one track on duo with RF. Songs and melodies are varied. A very good album to have, indeed.
