Absolutely love them. I would rather hit the 3 iron than my driver. I was playing a set of Callaway X-Forged/Prototypes which I thought were the greatest clubs ever made. However, now that I have hit these, the Protos seem harsh. These are buttery soft, accurate, easy to hit. I have actually replaced my 3 and 4 hybrids with the 3 and 4 irons. I have played Hogan FTX's and the Callaway X-Forged/Prototypes, both of these had a tendency to feel harsh, especially in cold weather, on slight mishits. I could also feel the difference as the clubs changed from CB (3-5) or a MB (8-W). These ZB's are not that way. There is no difference in feel from the 3 iron to the pitching wedge. You make the same swing with all the clubs, and they "majically" carry the ball further. In the other set I have played I would find my self preferring to hit one club over the other because of feel. In this set I do not care, they all feel equally as good. I will point out that I have played Rifle FCM and Project X (both flighted and not) for the past 10 years. These are my first Dynamic Gold shafts other than wedges. So that may also have something to do with it, but smooth is the only word I can use to discribe these clubs.Read full review
From a golfer who has never played anything but blades. While I have been playing blades since my first set of Wilson Forged I had never played a single Titleist club until my recent purchase of ZB Forged Irons. They are everything I love about playing forged irons. Great looks, true feedback and amazing workability. The plus side to this "mixed set" is that the long irons have just a tiny hint of cavity in them to provide an ideal amount of forgiveness that many golfers look for in the longer irons. The short irons are pure blade and ideal for scoring shots. While these irons haven't been in the bag for a full season I am fully convinced that they are here to stay. If you haven't tried these yet, you need to.
Club heads and shafts are in better shape then expected, the grips were worn and needs to be changed but overall, it was a GREAT buy...kudos to vince!π€πΌ

When I was a 20 handicap I played Titleist DCI iron's. They got me down to a 15 handicap. I then upgraded to forged Titleist 755's and they got me down to a 10 handicap. Now that I am in the single digit handicap I took a chance and went with the ZB's. "W0W" WHAT A SET OF CLUBS. Great look, great feel, super solid with great feedback. I could not have asked for a better iron. If you love golf like I do and you are turning into a better player this set is for you. Hit em straight!
These irons stand the test of time. Blend of cavity back in the long irons and muscle back in the short irons. If you find a set of the Z Blades, you are in luck.
