The food in the Nutrisystem program is very good. Of course, there are items that didn't appeal to me as well as others but the overall product line is excellent. There's good variety and the portions are quite adequate. Portion control is always a weight loss issue and these meals are filling and tasty. I'm having no problem sticking to the program at all.

Curbs your appetite and you do lose weight. First week I lost 3 lbs. Typically people drink these in the morning. I found drinking in the afternoon helped me to keep from snacking.
