Not very sturdy, I had a different brand of same type of doorway pull up bar several years ago that was much more sturdy because the cross bar was all one piece. Was desperate for a pull up bar so this will do. Paid higher price because of COVID lockdowns.

Well designed and sturdily built. Assembly requires very careful attention to detail but instructions are clear. Be sure to center it precisely on the door frame! The little safety bracket doesn't look very substantial but it is helpful to assure proper centering of the pull-up bar on the door frame. Different grips allow for minor variations on which muscles are targeted. Overhand, underhand, neutral and wide grip.
