The Machine That Changed My World
This the fundamental book if you are working at a manufacturing facility and try to survive the pressure of the competitiors. If you have the mindset that "unless more value is provided, customers will be lost", I strongly recommend you to read this classic. However, this is just the beginning, then visit the Lean Enterprise Institute website and establish your own roadmap.
