These walkie-talkies aren't bad. They work well when they work. Our use is work related and we depend on them heavily. they are fairly easy to program, but the batteries don't last long. We have to keep them plugged in during work hours, which can be extensive. We are currently on our 4th set and will probably keep using them until you start offering an improved model.

I Have tried most of the "Long Range" Hand Helds, Out There. Midland, Cobra, Uniden. The Motorola MR350R has held up the Longest. Has Adequate Range, Though Not Nearly, What They Advertise. In the Mountains, Two Miles at the Best. The Cheaper Radios don't Function out of Sight. Also the Other Brands, Don't "Hold Up" under Heavy Use, Such as On & Off Equipment, Banging against stuff while doing So. Major Problem with These, Are the "Belt Clips". Which when Caught on Something, Simply Break Off!! Then You are left to Carry it in Your Pocket, & sitting on it. Hope This Helps - If You are Looking for The Best of the Bunch, These are the Way to Go!!
Good radio. Of course it does not reach out like the ads say. In the real world, however, it still does ok. I choose to use the 3 battery option and it does go through batteries, even w/ light use. Guess that is expected..

First, the seller was awesome. Radios are distance limited by obstructions (but I knew that going in). The range is still the best I have experienced and I have owned many 2 ways. The functionality and features are phenomenal. A complex communication device but my 9 and 7 year olds use them with great ease. The built in LED light on the bottom may seem trivial but my whole family has used it more than we ever thought. A fun , useful, quality product.
