As I thumbed through the book when it arrived, I noticed that the recipes had easy to find ingredients. Actually, I practically had all of them already, a win-win for me! The recipes were written out in easy to follow steps. You really don't have to be a chef or need to have lots of special pots and pans. She gives you ideas and substitutes, great for those of us on a restricted eating plan. I feel that the variety of foods in her book is excellent for healthy eating. Not a boring day of food for me! I would definitely recommend this cookbook to anyone wanting to have a good time cooking/baking healthier.
