This is the 5th headset I have bought in my search to find one that wasn't poorly constructed with costs under 25 dollars. For a headset that cost under 20 dollars I was surprised how well it works and fits my head. The last several headsets all suffered from the same issue: CHEAP plastic recycled garbage. I just can't see paying 100 dollars for an item I only use here and there. The SADES GT headset though has the features you would expect from the Turtle Beach brand without the very high costs. While they don't have the weight like my nephews Turtle Beaches the output of the earphones is fine and better than most. I'd say they work much better than the busted $9.00 pile I was using. The mic's recording levels are very high, so high that I had to turn off the mic boost option within Windows recording options. Also of note is the microphone on/off switch inline on the cable. This one actually works and didn't fall apart in my hand. The slide out mic boom is a nice touch to and like the others if you don't want to wear it on your head that's alright, just place them around your neck or lay the unit on the table and talk at it. While they are still only a week or two old at this point I think I found a set that will hold up and has the quality I was wanting for a fair price. Like everything else sold these days, if you take exceptional care of it and the product is of high enough quality it should last for the rest of my life, short of some unforeseen accident, i.e. kids, fire, flooding, etc. Were they worth the purchase price: Yes Things to consider: - Small design makes for a tight fit on the ears which may cause some peoples ears to hurt if worn for some times. - The mic boom arm is ridged and non-metal and only moves up and down. (Not really a problem just an observation) - Comes with the adapter cables for use across all electronic devices that have an audio jack, excluding iPhones due to their proprietary ports and cables . Even my nephews expensive 80+ dollar Turtle Beach headset didn't come with the PC connection cable. In that sense this headset surpasses that brand simply for including all the cables needed for compatibility. By default the end of the audio cable is designed to fit directly in to a PlayStation controller without any adapter. I didn't have any use for the x-box adapter but it's there should you need it.Read full review

the sound comes through loud and clear with great quality, however they are to tight and they hurt my ears due to the padding being thin and too soft with hard plastic right underneath. i fixed this problem but it took a lot of messing with the product which you shouldnt have to do to begin with. overall id say theyre alright but i think there are likely better products within this price range though i may be wrong. i have listed my personal bennchmarks on this item below MIC: 9/10 SOUND: 8/10 VOL-RANGE: 10/10 COMFORT: 3/10 DURABILITY: 5/10 (probably will last less than 3 years)

I bought this thinking that since it wasn't any top brand headset that it was going to work but not as great as them. it might not be turtle beach but it's just as good! i used this last night and apparently my mic is clearer than ever and the sound is really great! i had to buy a converter to use these headphones on my ps4, but i'm not complaining. $21 over (headset+converter) +$40 headphones any day! thank you again for the product.

I have had these AMAZING headphones for 3 YEARS NOW, and they have NOT disappointed me whatsoever in those 3 years. I have dropped them, kicked them (accidentally), ran the cord over multiple times, and they have never even faltered. I usually break headphones easy, as i'm clumsy, but in the 3 years of having these, the only bad thing NOW is that the leather on the ear cuffs are JUST starting to crack, but that's just everyday/ continuous use. I have used them on multiple platforms, such as mobile phones, laptops, Xbox 360, xbox one, and PC, and they ALL work perfectly. The mic quality is excellent from what I hear, the sound is just the BEST for a sub 25 dollar priced headphone. They NEVER get uncomfortable, even after over 9 hours of wear. I have taken mine across 5 states and they have never broken at all that way. Sades is legitimately the best brand headphones/ headset company I have experienced. I am super happy with this company, and I am STILL wearing them, and they are still working strong like the day I got them!Read full review

Received the headset very fast and tried them listening to some music. Sounded pretty good. They fit perfectly around my ears (and I have slightly big ears). What I like is while wearing them during gaming, they don't slide off or start to hurt after awhile like other headsets. I would say get a set of your on a budget.
