This is a great book if you want to understand the managerial process of project management. It is fairly easy to read, includes many real-world examples, screen shots of MS project and many cases/exercises you can complete to demonstrate your understanding. It is broken down fairly logically. This is not a book to learn MS Project, but rather the management side of Project. It presents the why's and how's relative to Project from the Project Manager's standpoint. Book inluded a CD-Rom with interactive features as well as a 90-day trial copy of MS Project 2007.
