Not as good as I would have hoped
Our company just switched to this CRM for our support software. There were not any formal training classes on how to use it. I was hoping this book would answer some of the questions I have been unable to figure out. It wasn't as user friendly as I had hoped.

I love the "Dummies" books & this one is no exception.
If you're new to CRM software, this book spells it out in a logical order. And you don't have to be an IT professional to understand it.
