I had read an article about this book and decided to buy it. Found out I had already been doing some of the exercises outlined in it on my own! This book has exercises/assignments that help you to clear past negative feelings. When you get the past out of the way, you can open to the present and look forward to the future. By the way, Love DID find me! I wasn't looking, but I was open and now I have a loving relationship that I treasure! This is a great book, but you do have to DO the exercises in it to benefit from it. If you don't intend to truly work on yourself and follow through, then you probably won't like the book. This book helps you to love yourself so that you can love others. I love this book and have given several copies to friends! I highly recommend it - but only if you're ready to work on yourself!Read full review
This book offers forth the concept of "soul mates." Explanations are straight forward and easy to understand. The most beneficial part of the entire book was on releasing past loves. Painful but tremendously helpful. I have tried to apply the concepts in my own life and have been amazed by the truth in most of them. What have you got to lose? ADDENDUM: I am now married to the best man on earth! 6 blissful months.
