Greatest Rowing Machine!
I had a rowing machine a long time ago. I found my old machine did not have enough resistance and using it got old very quickly! I loved jogging, so I stuck with that for 20 years! Now my knees are unable to take the pounding and I decided to try a rowing machine once again. Researching rowers took a while. I knew I did not want it to be noisy...so the air machines were out. I knew I did not want to worry about oil leaks...so hydraulic machines were out. I knew I wanted a space saver, so water rowers were out! Magnetic rowers tended to be too pricey for me and I was worried about resistance. When I read about this particular rower, I decided to give it a try and was I pleasantly surprised. First of all...it is low cost, but not only that...it is quiet and will adjust to a level of resistance that challenges me. I am so happy I could scream. The machine is made well, however, there was a crack in left and right cover during shipment. When I notified the rep, it was immediately taken care of by stamina with no inconvenience or charge to me. Thanks guys!Read full review

Excellent All Around Exercise Machine
This rower provides upper body, lower body and core exercises without putting undue stress on any one part of the body. Using it for 30 to 45 minutes every other day has been very beneficial to improving my posture and helping me improve my golf game.
