It was useful in that it had the infromation I needed for the particular class I had to buy it for. So for me it was money well spent because it was detailed and thorough. I loved the way they open the chapters with chapter highlights and key words or terms etc etc so that at a glance one knows what is covered in a chapter. I know most other authors do that but I just liked it in this book in particular. It was an easy read with sections broken down in a manner that is not boring or tedious and it was easy to understand. Overall to me its a Good book.
I bought this book for a nursing class I am taking this semester. This a required book from the instructor. I have taken other classes with the same instructor, and she always pick a great book for her classes, and I'm sure the same will apply this time also.
I had to get this book because it is required reading. I have only used it for a couple of chapters so far but it appears to be easy to read and well written. For a nursing book it is pretty good!
