Overall, I am fairly satisfied with the 7 piece patio furniture set with a couple of exceptions. The quality of the metal frame seems to be sturdy. The weld joints are well made and the screw taps in the tubular frame are done properly. The rattan material is fairly thick and seems like it should hold up well. The pillows are comfortably filled with a moderately stiff foam that provides good support. The covering material is a heavy canvas and feels well made. The bad part is that the assembly of this set takes hours. I am a very mechanically-inclined person and it took me more than 8 hours to put it together. If you use the "tools" that are included with the set, it would take 3 times that long. Before you attempt to put this together, do yourself a favor and get a socket set and a set of end wrenches. The most frustrating part of the assembly is due to a very poor design feature. If you look closely at the pictures, you will see that the tables and chairs rest upon aluminum brackets at each corner. These brackets are held onto the furniture with an allen bolt that goes through a round plastic "foot." That bolt then goes through the furniture frame and is secured with a nut. There is a recessed area on each plastic foot where the head of the allen bolt is supposed to be recessed (countersunk) so that it doesn't scrape the floor. The recessed area is not large enough to accommodate the head of the bolt and the bolts are not long enough to reach through the hole enough to get a nut on them without the head being recessed. This creates quite a catch 22. What I ended up having to do is to take every single one of these feet and put a bunch of washers on the bolt then tighten the nut down to pull the head of the bolt into the foot. Then I had to remove the nut and washers. This would not be a big deal on 2 or 3 of these but this set has a total of 60 of these little plastic feet! It took me 2-3 minutes to do each one and I am fairly mechanically adept, so expect to spend 3 or more hours just putting bolts through plastic feet. This is a serious design flaw that needs to be addressed. Either the holes could be made slightly larger or the bolts could be slightly longer and it would fix this issue. One other small issue that I noticed is that the "Outsunny" badges on the ottomans (ottomen? lol) and the small side table were installed upside down. This isn't a huge deal but looks a little goofy. Ah, that Chinese quality control. In summary, I think that the furniture set is mostly well made but be prepared for the assembly to be a pain in the butt.Read full review

The set looks fantastic and is very sturdy. Great quality! The cushions are bigger than other sets we've seen and provide much more comfort. My wife bought some water-proofing spray that she sprayed on all of the cushions and throw pillows -- rain water just rolls right off. To put this set together, all you need is a 10mm ratchet. Do yourself a favor and don't use the small wrench provided with the set....spend an extra $10 and you'll save literally hours of time. If other reviews are saying this set is hard to assemble then they're not using a ratchet! The customer service could not have been better!! When the set arrived from FedEx (on an entire pallet) the glass top for the larger table was shattered. I immediately emailed MHCORP and they shipped a replacement right away. All I had to do was send them some pics of the damaged glass. Very pleased. Thank you MHCORP.Read full review

The furniture looks great on my deck, and is super comfortable. Also, the sofa is one piece and not three separate pieces that move away from each other when you sit in the sofa. The set can be configured in a multitude of arrangement to fit any party situation.
