Great sound & image quality. The processing unit is slow. The remote control is very slow to respond, the ui design is convoluted, youtube works... it just feels like I'm using a computer from the early 2000's.

there are so many things wrong with this cheap tv. The controller has a very narrow range where it works. using hdmi triggers a noisy fan. ports on the tv are on the bottom and hard to access. plugging in hdmi triggers a 4 minute loading screen every time. Wifi is very hard to setup and does not work on school networks. Lastly, the tv menus lag when going through them.

Very disappointed in Bust Buy and Westinghouse. Got the TV on Black Friday. It would shut down for no resason and I would have to get behind the cabinet and unplug it and hope it would come back on. Sometimes it would reset and sometimes it wouldn't. Bust Buy wouldn't do anything because I didn't buy the warranty. Westinghouse wants me to ship it to Calif. at my expense to have them look at it. Would not recommend it.
