I was invited to young lady's "sweet 16" birthday party, by her parents, and after learning her insisting to want a regular Mustang car I selected her gift. Yes it was the "XMODS Ford Mustang Radio Controlled Car" more so that a teen could understand there are responsibilities in a vehicle. Once received this "Mustang Remote Control Car" package shown it still required to be assembled so it wasn't tampered with. Once the "Mustang Remote Control Car" was given as the birthday gift, a qualified person began its assembly and found it wasn't operational. The "Mustang Remote Control Car" was brought to a electronics shop and eventually was repaired. The Seller from Ebay was contacted of this matter, their page says "No Refunds", this seller was willing to exchange the "Mustang Remote Control Car" that was sold but found not to operate after assembled. This information was relayed to the parents having this car however they chose to disgard the message because it was finally repaired. Question to ask is what's the error and on who's part? Kinda looks like the manufacture is the main disappointment in.Read full review
You know you've dreamt of being Speed Racer. We all have. And although these sweet little models put you behind the RC wheel, you'll have almost as much fun. driving them as you would the real thing. You can soup them up with specialized kits for even faster racing. Of course you realize you will have to assemble these. So if you have absolutely no mechanical ability whatsoever and can't follow directions, get a friend to help you. They can be addictive. No fumes! These puppies go on Batteries. GO get yourself a couple of good sets of rechargeable ones, because you're gonna want to use them all the time. Small parts mean you have to supervise the assembly of the cars if kids are doing it so that even smaller children don't happen to find the pieces that you've dropped swallow them and cost you an evening in the emergency room freaking out. and swearing will never buy another toy with small parts. (Although this has never happened to me personally) So go ahead plan for that last Saturday of the month with your kid put together an RC car and go at it. You will be glad you did. Read full review
