Product works as it should. This is my first time ever to use a pour over set-up to make coffee and I'm loving the way my brew tastes. I'm not that well-versed thus I am not sure if the wooden handle should be as hot as it is when handling. I was under the impression that it should be easy to handle without fear of being too hot. Or maybe I just have my water set to too high a temperature. I saw other brands have a cork-type material as a holder and thought maybe those aren't as hot to hold.

If you want to make only a couple of mugs of coffee in the morning this coffee maker works fine. Works just like the Chemex brand but at a lower price, albeit with lesser quality glass. Recommended if your coffee appetite is small and you're willing to settle for a slightly inferior quality product.

I will never need a electric coffee maker, this works great makes excellent cup of joe. This one was a lot cheaper than Chemex even. Enjoying my coffee time everyday.

This is the little boy, so perfect for one and done. I was skeptical about a Chinese knockoff, but this works just as it should, and seems just as sturdy as a Chemex branded one, which I break every couple years. We'll see how long this one lasts. I love the small size, never had the itty bitty one before. #2 filters work in it, too!
