This flashlight comes in a very nice kit with a variety of charging accessories and an extra mini light like advertised. However, it's claim for being the brightest flashlight is questionable. I compared it to an Atomic Beam and a Fenix E35EU which is my EDC and I'll stick to my Fenix which is more compact and throws an equivalent if not brighter light. The first photo is for size comparison with the Atomic Beam being the largest and the J5 and Fenix being the same length but the Fenix is slimmer. The second photo shows the beams of the J5 on the left, Fenix in the center and an Atomic Beam on the right. Granted, this is just on the ceiling of my bedroom and the J5 and Atomic Beam are focused down to the same size as the fixed beam on the Fenix, but the J5 is not "the brightest". In fact, the more yellow Fenix beam appears brighter. I guess it should be since I paid more for it. It's downside is that you can't change the focus. Anyway, for the price and accessories, I'd go with the J5 over the Atomic Beam that I had to purchase a carry case for separately whereas the J5 came with one. However, I will stick to my Fenix as my EDC.Read full review

Very cheap made. I figured if I spent $20 on light it would be a little better than the cheap $2 ones but nope same quality. I guess the other $18 was for the fancy case and charger. If your looking for a decent light this isn't it.
