Totally worth it. I’d looked for a waffle maker in stores but every single one seemed flimsy at some level, either the handle, the turning feature, the weight...so I decided to do some research for a heavy duty, sturdy model with great reviews as far as the actual waffle. I came across the Waring brand, but new I couldn’t afford a brand new one, so I looked for a used one in great condition. Which I found. And bought. And don’t regret! STURDY. Heats up fast. Results are perfectly crispy waflles.

Good Product but it has some problems. This is my second one. This one has a bum timer. It goes off after a minute, so we just set a separate timer for the two minutes it needs to cook. Other than that, it is an excellent unit. It is a deep Belgian waffle maker, and it cooks waffles almost as fast as the restaurant ones (that use 220 current and are not available to general public). This unit has been discontinued, so if you find a new one, expect a hefty price. Used ones abound, but I had one bad experience with one; it broke in shipment; they are fairly fragile.

The waffle make is in very good condition, though I wish it would have come with a little server/portion scooper, and instructions.

the no stick was not no stick now. does not cook waffles to waffle texture, not crispy on the outside no matter the timer setting. turned out to be a waste of money spent, not even heavy enough to be a boat anchor
