The shipping was extremely fast for this! I was really only needing certain parts but I was surprised that the actual base seems broken/makes a terrible sound when you turn it on. I thought the only issue with this product was the missing seat fabric but I guess the base was also messed up. Either way I got what I needed, I just was surprised that it doesn’t work.

essential parts were missing...luckily I had an old broken mamaroo. I end up having to disassemble it to get the missing pieces. a lot more work than I anticpated, otherwise good quality. hardly any signs of wear and tear.
