I love Milwaukee tools . This ratchet is no exception . I use it for what it is , a convenience . It will not break loose most fasteners for me . It can be used as a hand wrench if it's not powerful enough but I felt that is more abusing the tool than using it . It will not break loose sway bar link fasteners but it will tighten them . I like the ease of use for that sort of application . It will break loose rear shock upper mounts but wants to spin and stall on lower rear shock mounts . So for me the confined space ease of use outweighs its lack of power . I am considering the stubby 1/2 drive Milwaukee impact wrench . As with the 1/2 ratchet , for the convenience . I would love to own some of the M18 impact tools but the expense is too much right now and I am sticking with the M12 series . I think if I had to choose power over convenience I would go with the mid or high torque M18 impacts then down to a M12 3/8 . Shop or known work where high torque is a must , M18 . Shade tree or side street shade tree where time , space and convenience are at a premium the M12 series are pleasant surprises and more than decent additions to any collection .Read full review

Milwaukee m12 fuel 1/2 ratchet is great. Saves a lot of time. It has a lot of power for breaking bolts loose. Good design, sturdy, they made the trigger lock perfect in my opinion. The weight feels good not to heavy not to light. The work light is nice and bright. Sensitive trigger for speed control. The tool is big in my hand however I still don't feel like it would slip out of my hand or I would lose control of it. It has a battery level indicator, which is always a good thing. Seems to last a while with the same battery. Overall very happy with it, no complaints at this time.
