Want to start by saying this grill is awesome. heats evenly, holds a consistent temperature and the side barrel is great for getting an extra "smoky" flavor to things placed in it, even without heating it (like I use it for). The assembly leaves a LOT to be desired. Some of the screws are mis-numbered and sometimes you have to use mismatched screws to make it work. A little common sense and mechanic inclination and you should be fine. The parts being numbered helps, but the instruction sheet is printed small and kinda confusing (hard to tell where the arrows are pointing and which side things mount to. All in all I am happy. It did take me just over an hour to assemble, but it is also sturdy and consistent. If it stands the test of time I'm sure I will forget all about the assembly headache.Read full review

Grill is as specified on the picture. Nothing different. However, while mounting, you will find out two things: 1.- Parts do not fit. Specifically I had to bend the metal at the output pipe are in order to make it fit. 2.- The paint used is not the best. After the first use, it is already chipping and some areas are already showing rust. We have used only charcoal, for which I would tend to say that the barbecue is not of the higher quality in regards to paint, and metal work. Resuming, if you find a better barbecue at a lower price or same price, do not hesitate to buy it, otherwise, if due to cost this is your only option, well, it is not a bad one.

I bought this grill as a gift for my Daughter & Son inlaw, now Im just going by what they tell me. Quote:during a recent storm the wind blew the grill over and the lids of the big grill and small one popped off, that tells me it needs better hinges for the lids, also tells me the grill itself isnt very heavy since the wind blew it over, they said it was un damaged but could be heavier gauge steel but all in all its not a bad grill.

Only paid 90.00 so I knew what to expect. It was delivered in 2-3 days which was a bit of a surprise. It helped to have assembled a few similar products in the past. The instructions are pictures only and a little confusing. You need to pay attention and get the 4 part legs in the right places. I can see how some were not thrilled with them (instructions) but for me not too bad. All the parts were there and all the parts fit as they were supposed to. You get what you pay for and this unit is cheaply made, which I expected. They obviously did not use heat resistant paint. The fire box shed it's paint in a matter of seconds. Not really a big deal for me. Don't expect to cook for a big crew, either.. This smoker is small but the right size for feeding 2- 4 to maybe 6 people depending on what you cook. For instance it will only hold 1 full size rack of ribs or 2 baby backs. It will hold a couple of chickens but you can't stand them up on a beer can. You have to llay them flat. Plenty room for sausage. I expect I will get a couple years out of it and that's OK by me.Read full review

Lack of complete instructions, some parts don't fit and have to be modified with pliers and hammer, 6 hours to construct, cooking grades are non-adjustable and are to close to coals as the depth of grill belly is not deep enough, no spent coal extraction door or catcher, have to take grill doors off and turn it upside down to empty, outside coating peels off when grill has heated, lower side unit is none functional, it has no cooking function but yet it has to be attached to cover a large hole in the upper unit. I emailed the seller thru feedback and asked what it is used for and their response was " some people use it for a bun wormer ".
