Great grill, let it warm up for 15 min. and your good to go. Simple and great for my condo. I have the table top version so it's easy to transport. Love it so far. Hopefully it holds up to heavy use.

This grill does everything it says it does except it is not for use indoors ie. Apt. Or condo. It smokes to much. If I didnt own 4 fans and have one pointed so the smoke went away from smoke detector it definitely would have went off. Do not use this grill inside unless you have commercial grade venting out of your kitchen.

This is for the Char Broil Electric Patio Bistro grill. This is our second unit within five years. The first we were given used by a friend (he had it for five years). After five years the control failed. Don't know why, maybe water as we leave on the grill outside 24/7. We bought this new unit and it works perfect, reasonable warm up time, char marks on meat, and it now has small handles on the removable grid to easily lift it out of the lower shell. Then take it to the sink for cleaning. Cleaning is important to avoid excessive smoke which may bother your upstairs neighbor in the condo. Anyway, the thing is great and you will not go wrong. DO NOT buy anything like the George Foreman, it will just steam the meat and make it tough.
