Getting this to my house had been a little bothersome, (shipping problem). However the machine works well and has some great features. I have had several different Keurig machines. I hope this one lasts longer than the last one, but for the price, I figured to give it a try. I like the ability to change brew temps, the ability to make larger quantities (mug & carafe) and the larger tank. All in all, not a bad machine.

I live in one city and my friend lives in another city so I ordered this and had it sent to her as a gift. The first time she uses the Keurig it leaks all over her countertop. I was on the fence whether to order one from Amazon prime or eBay And this is what I get, I should have spent the extra $20. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I am very pleased with this coffee maker. Its best features are that you can 1) select regular vs strong brewing settings and 2) make up to 12 ounces of coffee from the regular-sized k-cup pods. I would purchase again.

Great brewer: if you put in good coffee - it makes a great cup. The lone problem is with the maker trying to force you to use their coffee or tea product via a form of a scan of the lid of the coffee pod (if it is not their pod for the 2.0 version, it won't brew), which is hardly in the interest of the consumer and locks you into grossly overpriced products. Using the metal version of the Freedom clip allows you to use your own coffee (heaven forbid) or to use a wealth of different pods which are available for about 1/2 the price and circumvent the necessity to use their overpriced (and limiting) coffee or tea product. As far as I have been able to discern thus far, that is the single problem with this coffee machine - they should get rid of the restrictive scan/ID process in the machine and open the usage by the consumer - forces fairer pricing of coffee / tea product with demand based on their customer's preferences.Read full review
