I Think this product would be best if used only with soil growing and not with hydroponic systems. It can be used for both and works great but the nutrient is very thick and gritty and not fully dissolved. After a few feedings you may see a sandy grit left in your hydro system and this can sometimes clog any feed lines you may have. That being said when not clogging lines it did do it's job in my system very. Over all I would recommend this product but would take caution with using in hydro systems..

I/ve used Big Bloom on my house plants, once per week, for about a year now, at a rate of 1/4 cup per gallon of filtered water. The results have been spectacular. All varieties of plants have responded. Recently, I discovered Fox Farm Kangaroots Root Drench. I began alternating that with the Big Bloom, on a weekly basis. I mix the Kangaroots at a rate of two teaspoons of Kangaroots per gallon of flitered water. In two weeks, my already healthy plants increased their leaf size by 25-50%! I intend to stick to the combination, and I've thrown out all of my other plant food. I also began using Fox Farm potting soil with great result. Their products deliver results, with no negative side effects-- and at a reasonable price as well!
