The item is superb quail and good customer service 👌 I thought the item was nit arrived and here It was at the UPS access point drop off waiting to be picked up. I was just confused bc of u.p.s and there ridiculous assumptions that I lived in a ghetto apartment bc by mistake I typed a 4 in the address of my house 🏠 and ups assumed I luved in a apartment and said they can't leave item on door step if I'm nit home due to theft keep in mind this is only a 60$ item.
