They can improve a little on the flaps but besides that it's very durable not heavy fits my canon 80d camera perfect you are able to make adjustments which is nice and it's very easy to put together

Good price and metal quality compared to similar rigs, The shoulder mount restricted my movement too much, so I just use it as a double handgrip with a Sony AX33 which has BOSS lens stabilizaton. The plastic matte box is oversized and cheap plastic that can easily break at the hinges but it does make a small camera look impressive to clients and subjects. I bought 2 more Neewer matte boxes without handgrips to make my other cameras look more pro since appearance can be as important as function sometimes.
